Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe, organized work environment
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Utilize WMS systems to track inventory and generate operational reports
- Collaborate with transportation and logistics teams for seamless operations
- Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation certification
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Forklift certification and hazardous materials handling experience a plus
