Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Oversee receiving, inventory management, and shipping operations
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system audits
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in cold-chain or logistics
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid Alaska driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be available to start within 48 hours of hire
