Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10+ warehouse associates with performance reviews and training
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance protocols and safety standards
- Optimize inventory management systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and customer service teams
- Analyze KPIs to drive continuous process improvements
- Manage warehouse technology including WMS and automation systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management
- 5+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Expertise in WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15%+
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
- Remote work experience preferred
