Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, scheduling and assigning daily tasks
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory management systems to reduce shrinkage by 15%
- Train and develop team members on new technologies and procedures
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock operations
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and budget allocation
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in WMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory tracking systems
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Colorado driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with OSHA compliance and safety audits
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
