Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse associates to achieve productivity goals
- Implement and enforce safety protocols ensuring OSHA compliance and accident prevention
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliations
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely deliveries and problem resolution
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS) and ERP software
- OSHA certification and forklift operation skills required
- Proven track record in team leadership and performance management
- Ability to analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental coordination
- Forklift certification and experience with warehouse automation systems
