Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse staff, scheduling and optimizing workflows
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure OSHA compliance
- Manage inventory control systems, conducting regular audits and cycle counts
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize space utilization and efficiency
- Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams for seamless supply chain coordination
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years warehouse experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management software
- Forklift certification and experience with warehouse automation systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret KPIs and operational data
- Excellent leadership abilities with proven team development track record
