Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring optimal productivity and safety standards
- Implement lean inventory management systems to reduce costs and improve accuracy
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with transportation teams for seamless operations
- Conduct daily performance reviews and develop improvement action plans
- Ensure 100% OSHA compliance and maintain incident-free workplace records
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum space utilization
- Manage technology systems including WMS and inventory tracking platforms
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- OSHA 30-hour certification and strong safety protocol expertise
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Proven track record in inventory reduction and cost control
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
