Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate 15-20 warehouse staff to achieve daily productivity and safety targets
- Optimize inventory management systems including cycle counts, WMS operations, and stock rotation
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and maintain accident-free workplace standards
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows between receiving, picking, packing, and shipping departments
- Analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement in order accuracy and fulfillment speed
- Manage facility maintenance, equipment operations, and third-party vendor relationships
- Conduct performance reviews and develop career advancement plans for team members
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience with team leadership
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Data analysis skills with experience in inventory optimization
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
