Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with company standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize space utilization and efficiency
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS system oversight
- Collaborate with transportation team to ensure timely loading/unloading of shipments
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- OSHA 30 certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
