Job Summary
As an Overnight Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will ensure that orders are processed accurately and efficiently during the night shift to prepare for the next day's business.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations with high accuracy and speed.
- Utilize handheld scanners and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) to manage inventory levels.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve workflow bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
