Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping
- Lead and mentor 10-15 team members through performance management and training
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory control systems and accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely transportation and delivery
- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and operational budgets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven leadership skills with team development experience
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and inventory control processes
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
