Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage team of 10-15 warehouse associates, providing training and performance feedback
- Implement and optimize inventory control systems to ensure accuracy
- Maintain compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Coordinate with transportation teams for efficient dock scheduling
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Generate operational reports for senior leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
