Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and shipping
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates with performance management
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and lean methodologies
- Manage inventory accuracy and conduct regular cycle counts
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
