Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and supervise 15+ team members to maximize productivity
- Implement lean practices to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate WMS data
- Coordinate with transportation and purchasing departments
- Prepare performance reports and operational metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency in WMS and inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Experience with OSHA compliance audits
- College degree in logistics or related field preferred
