Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate 10-15 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control procedures to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety standards and workplace protocols
- Manage order fulfillment processes for high-volume e-commerce operations
- Conduct regular cycle counts and coordinate physical inventory audits
- Utilize WMS (Warehouse Management System) for real-time inventory tracking
- Collaborate with transportation team to ensure timely dock scheduling
- Generate performance reports and identify operational improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Forklift certification and experience with pallet jacks
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
- High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree preferred
