Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring optimal productivity and performance standards
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols to maintain zero-accident workplace
- Coordinate inventory control systems including cycle counts and WMS operations
- Oversee receiving, putaway, picking, and shipping processes for high-volume orders
- Develop process improvements to reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and forklift certification programs
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience with high-volume distribution centers
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operator license required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution capabilities
- Knowledge of lean methodologies and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
