Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory control systems and reduce waste
- Collaborate with logistics team to meet delivery targets
- Conduct performance reviews and address operational bottlenecks
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and repairs
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient in WMS (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
