Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train and supervise team members to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics coordination
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and system audits
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies
- Generate performance reports and optimize resource allocation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and WMS software
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Forklift certification and experience with warehouse equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
