Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance and zero-accident record
- Optimize inventory control systems, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation
- Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet SLAs
- Utilize WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) for real-time inventory tracking
- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with transportation and procurement teams for seamless supply chain integration
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience with team leadership
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of inventory control methodologies (FIFO, FEFO)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
