Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including training and performance management
- Optimize inventory control procedures and implement cycle counting systems
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Coordinate with logistics team for efficient receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Manage warehouse equipment operations and maintenance schedules
- Generate daily/weekly productivity reports and KPIs
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Proven track record in reducing operational costs and improving efficiency
