Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring daily productivity targets and safety compliance
- Implement lean inventory management systems to optimize stock accuracy and reduce waste
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce OSHA protocols to maintain accident-free operations
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
- Train and mentor staff on equipment operation and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- OSHA certification and thorough knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management systems
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Excellent leadership abilities with proven team development track record
- Forklift certification and ability to operate warehouse equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
