Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates, ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Optimize storage layouts and material handling processes to maximize efficiency
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling and load planning
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and increase productivity
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution environments
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs for productivity, accuracy, and safety
- Strong proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends during peak seasons
