Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor 15-20 warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and performance targets are met
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Optimize inventory control systems, including cycle counts and stock rotation
- Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Train staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks) and warehouse systems
- Conduct daily inspections and maintain a clean, organized facility
- Collaborate with logistics team on scheduling and workflow improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS software and inventory management systems
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred
