Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping
- Manage and mentor a team of 10+ warehouse staff through performance reviews and training
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and maintain a zero-accident work environment
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS system management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless dock-to-stock processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate critical issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience in fast-paced logistics environments
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Proven ability to manage P&L for warehouse operations
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
