- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and manage 15+ staff members for peak performance and safety
- Implement lean inventory management systems to minimize waste
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce OSHA protocols
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and space utilization
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless freight scheduling
- Generate performance reports and process improvement plans
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in WMS (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
