Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor 15+ team members to achieve productivity and safety targets
- Implement lean principles to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with transportation and purchasing departments
- Analyze KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage inventory accuracy and cycle count programs
- Resolve operational escalations and maintain facility security
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Proven track record in team leadership and performance optimization
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Expertise in inventory management and lean methodologies
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
