Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities
- Train, mentor, and supervise a team of 15+ warehouse associates with performance evaluations
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols to maintain zero-accident workplace standards
- Optimize inventory control systems through cycle counts and WMS data analysis
- Coordinate with transportation teams for efficient load planning and dock scheduling
- Process and resolve discrepancies in inventory reports and shipping documentation
- Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience with proven team leadership
- OSHA 10/30 certification or equivalent safety management training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Forklift certification and experience with material handling equipment
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
