Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and maintain a safe work environment
- Train and develop warehouse staff through performance coaching and skill development
- Optimize inventory management systems to achieve cycle count accuracy targets
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
- Analyze KPIs and implement process improvements for efficiency gains
- Manage warehouse budget and control operational expenses
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in distribution/logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator credentials
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience with automated conveyor systems and AS/RS technology
