Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 10+ warehouse associates
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize space utilization and implement lean inventory practices
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely shipments and deliveries
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and inventory management software
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive productivity
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification required
