Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping processes
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to achieve productivity and quality targets
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols to maintain a zero-accident workplace
- Optimize inventory management through cycle counting and WMS utilization
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements
- Manage facility maintenance and equipment operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- OSHA 30-Hour certification and strong safety compliance background
- Advanced proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends during peak seasons
