Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ team members in receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Implement lean practices to optimize warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Train and develop staff through performance coaching and skill-building programs
- Manage inventory accuracy and conduct regular cycle counts
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows with transportation and purchasing teams
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- Proven ability to manage teams and drive KPI achievement
- Familiarity with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and warehouse automation
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends during peak seasons
