Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of warehouse associates to ensure optimal productivity and high morale.
- Oversee daily inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely order fulfillment.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Coordinate logistics operations, including loading, unloading, and shipping procedures to meet deadlines.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular audits and quality control checks to prevent errors and minimize waste.
- Manage conflict resolution and provide constructive feedback to staff to foster professional growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a related field.
- Valid forklift certification and material handling equipment operation skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities with a proven track record of team management.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Business preferred.
