- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Manage 10+ staff members through training, scheduling, and performance reviews
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Optimize inventory control systems and reduce operational waste
- Collaborate with transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Analyze KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operation skills required
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with cross-functional logistics coordination
