Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead, train, and develop a team of warehouse associates through performance coaching
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance and accident prevention
- Optimize inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with transportation, purchasing, and quality control teams
- Conduct regular audits and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage warehouse budget and resource allocation effectively
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Proven leadership skills with team management of 10+ employees
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
