Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage and mentor team of 15+ warehouse associates to meet productivity targets
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance protocols and safety standards
- Optimize inventory control systems and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with logistics team for efficient transportation scheduling
- Train staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification and equipment operation proficiency
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Proven ability to meet/exceed KPIs
