Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ warehouse staff including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and accuracy reporting
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment
- Optimize warehouse layout and material handling processes
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless inbound/outbound logistics
- Implement lean principles to improve productivity and reduce waste
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues promptly
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle) and Microsoft Office
- Forklift certification and experience with material handling equipment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
