Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Train and manage 15+ team members, fostering a safety-first culture
- Implement lean methodologies to maximize productivity and minimize waste
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate WMS records
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain hazard-free workspaces
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics flow
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30 certification and strong safety management background
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle) and Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts
- Strong analytical skills with experience in inventory optimization
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
