Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and train a team of 15+ warehouse associates to ensure productivity and safety standards
- Implement inventory control procedures and optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory turnover
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with transportation and purchasing teams for seamless logistics execution
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational costs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse supervision experience in a high-volume distribution center
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety management training
- Proficiency in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate teams
- Expert knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and best practices
- Ability to analyze operational data and implement process improvements
- Valid Forklift Operator certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
