- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure efficient inventory control, cycle counts, and accurate record-keeping
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless inbound/outbound operations
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Manage equipment maintenance and safety inspections
- Generate operational reports and KPI tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience in logistics/retail
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) like SAP or Oracle
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with lean methodologies
