Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Train and manage 10-15 warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety standards
- Implement inventory control procedures using WMS software
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and ensure proper utilization of provided tools
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with transportation teams for seamless logistics coordination
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification and equipment operation proficiency
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety protocols
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
