Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage and mentor 15+ warehouse staff to ensure peak performance
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory control systems and reduce operational costs
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely deliveries
- Analyze warehouse metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Train staff on new equipment and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years warehouse supervision experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Forklift certification and safety training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
