Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage and mentor 15+ team members through performance reviews and training programs
- Implement lean methodologies to optimize space utilization and reduce operational costs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Coordinate inventory audits and maintain accurate WMS data
- Collaborate with logistics team to meet delivery SLAs
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in distribution/3PL environments
- Proven leadership skills with staff development and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- OSHA certification and knowledge of safety regulations
- Strong analytical skills for inventory optimization and process improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with cross-functional team collaboration
