Key Duties:
Perform daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure 100% accuracy.
Process incoming and outgoing shipments with precision using warehouse management systems.
Maintain accurate digital records of stock levels, serial numbers, and SKU locations.
Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damages immediately.
Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize storage space and workflow efficiency.
Assist in the organization of the warehouse floor to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software (WMS) effectively.
- Verify accuracy of packing lists against physical goods received.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks when necessary.
- Update inventory logs and reconcile inventory variances.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
