Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10+ warehouse staff through performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Optimize inventory management systems to minimize errors and maximize efficiency
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless loading/unloading of shipments
- Conduct regular audits and prepare operational reports for leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proven ability to manage inventory systems (ERP/WMS experience preferred)
- Excellent leadership skills with team development background
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends when needed
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
