Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and maintain safety standards
- Optimize workflow processes to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and meet delivery deadlines
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company regulations
- Monitor inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and analyze operational reports for continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
- Proven track record in inventory control, safety compliance, and team leadership
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and warehouse automation technologies
- Forklift certification and familiarity with material handling equipment
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
