Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols to maintain zero-accident standards
- Optimize inventory control systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including dock scheduling and carrier coordination
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives through lean methodologies
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience in distribution/logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Proven track record in inventory accuracy and shrinkage reduction
- Excellent conflict resolution and team leadership capabilities
