Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff in receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Implement lean practices to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Conduct daily safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance standards
- Manage inventory control systems and cycle count procedures
- Train and develop team members on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Coordinate with transportation team for timely delivery scheduling
- Generate performance reports and KPI tracking for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management preferred
- Remote work capability for scheduling and reporting tasks
