Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and fulfillment processes
- Train and manage a team of 10-15 warehouse associates with performance coaching
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety standards and housekeeping protocols
- Optimize inventory control through cycle counts and WMS system management
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
- Analyze operational metrics to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Conduct daily team briefings and resolve operational challenges
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory software
- Forklift certification and equipment operation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with conflict resolution expertise
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
- High school diploma; associate's degree preferred
