Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Supervise and mentor team of 10-15 warehouse associates to ensure productivity and safety compliance
- Implement inventory control procedures to maintain accurate stock levels
- Optimize workflow processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and maintain clean, organized workspace
- Train staff on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely delivery scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management or supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in inventory management systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
