Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Train and supervise 10-15 team members with flexible scheduling support
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS management
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Analyze performance metrics to drive efficiency improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with flexible scheduling background
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory software
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Ability to adapt schedules during peak seasons and emergencies
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
